One trillion plastic bags are produced worldwide per year with many of them ending up in our oceans and killing the animals that live there. We use 4.3 billion gallons of oil each year to produce the plastic bags that we use. Cutting down our use of plastic bags, recycling and finding viable alternatives could massively save on our use of:
- Oil
- Energy
- Landfill
and reduce both air pollution and pollution in our seas.
