Fantastic service from start to finish. Mike came out on time on both visits. I had been previously advised that my heat pump was unfixable and that we needed a new costly system however when mike came he spent his time on the system and got it working again for us. After it was working again he stayed and made sure everything else was right such as pressure in radiators etc to help prevent it going off again. He explained the whole system to me properly and how it works. Very reasonably priced and would 100% recommend this company. Will be using them for our annual services going forward. - JR, Wales.
